Processing & Shipping Times

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  
• Delivery times vary based on chosen shipping method and destination.
  

Restricted Locations

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
  
• Orders may be canceled if local/state laws prohibit shipment of knives to your location.
  

Shipping Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  
• We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or misdeliveries due to incorrect addresses.
  

Risk of Loss

• Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the carrier.
