Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from MYRK Tactical, LLC. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Custom, engraved, or personalized knives are non-returnable.
  • You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending items back.
  • To request an RMA, contact us at contact@myrktactical.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to opened or non-defective returns.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after receipt of the returned item.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund.
  • Defective items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged products.
  • After inspection, we will issue either:
    • A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or
    • A full refund to the original payment method if a replacement is not available.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, modification, or normal wear and tear is not considered a defect and is not covered by this policy.

Exchanges

  • We will replace defective or damaged items at no additional cost.
  • Exchanges for non-defective items may be subject to availability and a restocking fee of 15%.
  • If the item you want to exchange for is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn products.
  • Items showing signs of misuse, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.
  • Custom, engraved, or personalized knives.
  • Final sale or clearance items.

How to Return

  1. Contact contact@myrktactical.com to request an RMA.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Include a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase.
  4. Ship the item using a trackable carrier.

Notes

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
  • Please retain shipping receipts and tracking information until your return is processed.
